Trevor is former CEO of Milk Specialties Global and one of the original inventors of Megalac, a key dairy cow feed. He is the founder of Venture Dairy and an ex-Board Member of Heifer International.

Trevor is committed to bringing technology, access to capital and to markets for dairy farmers in developing economies.

From Supercomputing to Sustainable Dairy

Born and raised in a Himalayan village, Pankaj’s early exposure to rural challenges shaped his lifelong mission. With over 27 years of leading high-impact projects in High-Performance Computing, AI, and scientific infrastructure at ISRO, IISc, CSIR-IGIB, NEC, DELL, CRAY, and DDN, Pankaj is now bringing deep-tech precision to India’s dairy sector.

He founded Binsar Farms, a pioneering initiative that introduced data-driven decision-making and smart infrastructure to commercial dairy farms and rural communities - enhancing cattle health, milk quality, productivity, and profitability.

That success led to FFIN’s PureGEM One Roof Solution : a traceability-led, tech-enabled dairy model that raises farmer incomes while meeting global milk quality standards.

More than a dairy company, FFIN is Pankaj’s vision for rural transformation—where innovation begins at the grassroots and technology truly serves the farmer.

Nicholas blends artistry, design, and entrepreneurship with a bold vision for transformation. Formerly a stonemason and founder of NS Stoneworks in the U.S., he now brings management, experience and precision to India’s dairy sector.

At FFIN, Nicholas is pioneering a scalable, disruptive model focused on standardizing dairy infrastructure, milk collection, and nutrition. His creative leadership drives FFIN’s commitment to innovation and high-quality solutions across the value chain.

Dr. Arun Bhardwaj brings over 23 years of global leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies, where he has successfully led R&D, marketing, strategic alliances, and business development.

 Drawing from this rich experience, he has mentored business transformation initiatives across 100+ organizations over the past decade.

Dr. Arun holds a B.Tech, an MBA, and a Ph.D., and currently serves as the Head of Business Development, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances at FFIN, driving innovation and strategic growth.

Melanie leads communications, administration, compliance and investor relations. With a decade in the airline industry, she brings expertise in service, training, and communication.

As Head of Animal Husbandry, she ensures animal welfare and team development, fostering a culture of collaboration, regulatory compliance, and community engagement across all of FFIN's internal operations.
